Cake Smash Photoshoot service details:
I am writing to confirm your upcoming smash cake photoshoot session with us. Please review the following important details regarding your booking:
- – The family package includes up to 4 people.
- – Your session date is subject to availability until we receive the initial payment of $150, which will be deducted from your final payment.
- Please note that I will not be able to provide 1 or 2 photos before the delivery time. If you require expedited delivery within 72 hours, an additional fee of $70 will apply.
- Your session will include a decorated set based on the colors or theme of your choice, with the option of photos in the bathtub (with water, milk, bubbles, or without water). Should you wish to change the theme, please inform us in advance to make necessary arrangements.
- Furthermore, a full edited gallery will be provided, and additional digital images can be purchased separately at $15 each. You will receive unedited photos within 7 days for selection, and the edited versions will be delivered within 7 days after your selection. Please note that some galleries may take longer.
- For twin sessions, an additional fee of $50 is applicable to ensure we have the required accessories and decorations.
- Kindly be reminded that if the baby is asleep in the car, ensure to wake them up 15 minutes before arriving to prevent any inconvenience during the photoshoot.

Cancellation Policy and Reservation Process
I would like to provide you with important information regarding our cancellation policy and reservation process for portrait sessions with Grego Espin Photography.
To reserve a session, clients are required to pay for the photo shoot in advance. The reservation fee can be credited towards a future session if you need to reschedule. To do so, kindly contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled session date to make alternative arrangements.
If you need to cancel, we kindly ask that you do so in writing. In the unfortunate event that we are unable to conduct the session due to unforeseen circumstances like accidents, natural disasters, or emergencies beyond our control, we will refund your advance payment with no further liability.
Please note that our limitation of liability also extends to instances where photographic materials are damaged during editing or lost or damaged without the fault of the photographer.
Following your reservation, you will receive a contract that must be accepted before your scheduled session at the studio.
