NewBorn photography service details:
- It is recommended to schedule your newborn session during the last trimester of your pregnancy. We begin accepting appointments 10 days following your due date.
Please be aware that your session date is tentative until a deposit of $150 is paid. This deposit will be deducted from your final payment.
I regret to inform you that I will not be able to send any photos before the delivery date.
In case you require expedited delivery of your images within 72 hours, a fee of $70 will be applicable.
During the session, you can expect:
A dedicated photographer who will invest time and expertise in capturing beautiful moments.
Pricing will vary based on the package you select. The digital image gallery will include fully edited, high-resolution images. Additional images can be purchased separately for $15 each.
Sessions typically last up to 3 hours, with most sessions completing within 2 hours. Parents and siblings (up to 4 people) can participate, depending on the chosen package.
Props, clothing, and accessories will be provided for newborns (3 outfits). Parents and siblings are required to bring their own attire (1 change) in solid colors.
Your newborn session will take place in my studio when your baby is between 7 and 20 days old. The session will be relaxed, allowing for feeding and snuggle breaks to ensure the best results. Twin sessions will incur an additional charge of $50.
You will receive an unedited gallery of photos within 7 days with watermarks for selection. The chosen images will be edited and delivered within 7 days. Please note that some galleries may take longer, and unedited photos cannot be downloaded.
Cancellation Policy and Reservation Process
I would like to provide you with important information regarding our cancellation policy and reservation process for portrait sessions with Grego Espin Photography.
To reserve a session, clients are required to pay for the photo shoot in advance. The reservation fee can be credited towards a future session if you need to reschedule. To do so, kindly contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled session date to make alternative arrangements.
If you need to cancel, we kindly ask that you do so in writing. In the unfortunate event that we are unable to conduct the session due to unforeseen circumstances like accidents, natural disasters, or emergencies beyond our control, we will refund your advance payment with no further liability.
Please note that our limitation of liability also extends to instances where photographic materials are damaged during editing or lost or damaged without the fault of the photographer.
Following your reservation, you will receive a contract that must be accepted before your scheduled session at the studio.
