Maternity Photo Sessions service details:
- I wanted to provide you with some important details regarding the maternity photo sessions we offer.
- Maternity sessions are ideally scheduled between 28 and 34 weeks of pregnancy. The cost of the session will vary depending on the package you choose, with the option to purchase additional fully edited high-resolution digital images if desired. Please note that the family package includes photos with your partner and other children (up to 4 people).
- To secure your session date, a deposit of $150 is required, which will be deducted from your final payment. Please be aware that the session date is not guaranteed until the deposit is paid.
- It’s important to mention that I will not be able to send one or two photos before the delivery time. However, if you require expedited delivery of your final edited images within 72 hours, a fee of $70 will apply.
- During the session, you can expect up to 1.5 hours of session time, allowing for gown changes (up to 3 changes). Robes will be provided for your convenience, and you will receive an email showcasing all available dresses when you book your session. Please note that makeup and hair services are not included in this package.
- After the session, you will receive the unedited photos within 7 days for selection, complete with watermarks. Each additional digital image beyond the included ones in your package can be purchased for $15. Once you have made your selection, the chosen photos will be edited and delivered within 7 days.
- Lastly, I would like to point out that while most galleries are processed within the specified timeframe, some may take longer due to the complexity of editing.
Cancellation Policy and Reservation Process
I would like to provide you with important information regarding our cancellation policy and reservation process for portrait sessions with Grego Espin Photography.
To reserve a session, clients are required to pay for the photo shoot in advance. The reservation fee can be credited towards a future session if you need to reschedule. To do so, kindly contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled session date to make alternative arrangements.
If you need to cancel, we kindly ask that you do so in writing. In the unfortunate event that we are unable to conduct the session due to unforeseen circumstances like accidents, natural disasters, or emergencies beyond our control, we will refund your advance payment with no further liability.
Please note that our limitation of liability also extends to instances where photographic materials are damaged during editing or lost or damaged without the fault of the photographer.
Following your reservation, you will receive a contract that must be accepted before your scheduled session at the studio.
