Cancellation Policy and Reservation Process
I would like to provide you with important information regarding our cancellation policy and reservation process for portrait sessions with Grego Espin Photography.
To reserve a session, clients are required to pay for the photo shoot in advance. The reservation fee can be credited towards a future session if you need to reschedule. To do so, kindly contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled session date to make alternative arrangements.
If you need to cancel, we kindly ask that you do so in writing. In the unfortunate event that we are unable to conduct the session due to unforeseen circumstances like accidents, natural disasters, or emergencies beyond our control, we will refund your advance payment with no further liability.
Please note that our limitation of liability also extends to instances where photographic materials are damaged during editing or lost or damaged without the fault of the photographer.
Following your reservation, you will receive a contract that must be accepted before your scheduled session at the studio.
