Information About Family Portrait service details:
I am reaching out to provide you with essential details regarding our family portrait sessions:
- For all portrait sessions, a non-refundable advance fee is required to reserve and hold your session date and serves as your cancellation fee. However, the fee can be credited toward a future session upon approval from the photographers.
- Payment: The advance payment can be made through Zelle or Cash App. The remainder is due on the day of the photo shoot and can be paid at the studio using cash, Cash App, or Zelle.
- Sessions include fully edited high-resolution digital images. Additional images can be purchased separately.
- Family sessions are limited to parents, children, and grandparents (up to 6 people). If you wish to include more individuals, there will be an extra charge based on the number of people. Sessions for large families are conducted outdoors.
- Your session date is only confirmed once the deposit of $150 is paid, which will be subtracted from your final payment.
Please note that I am unable to send 1 or 2 photos before the designated delivery time.
- Expedited delivery option available for an additional fee of $70 (within 72 hours)
- The session time is up to 1.5 hours. Please be informed that clothes and suits are not provided.
Cancellation Policy and Reservation Process
I would like to provide you with important information regarding our cancellation policy and reservation process for portrait sessions with Grego Espin Photography.
To reserve a session, clients are required to pay for the photo shoot in advance. The reservation fee can be credited towards a future session if you need to reschedule. To do so, kindly contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled session date to make alternative arrangements.
If you need to cancel, we kindly ask that you do so in writing. In the unfortunate event that we are unable to conduct the session due to unforeseen circumstances like accidents, natural disasters, or emergencies beyond our control, we will refund your advance payment with no further liability.
Please note that our limitation of liability also extends to instances where photographic materials are damaged during editing or lost or damaged without the fault of the photographer.
Following your reservation, you will receive a contract that must be accepted before your scheduled session at the studio.
